Orders & Shipping
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking information in your account under "Orders."
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?
You can browse and add items to your cart as a guest, but an account is required to complete checkout, track orders, and manage your wishlist.
